M/s Shomit Finance Limited (“SFL”) is an allottee of the arcade under the name of “VIBE” and is only further selling its allotment to interested purchasers. Pursuant to booking of a unit by a party, an allotment agreement shall be endorsed in favor of the allotee post compliance of terms and conditions agreed between us and the purchaser. GGPPL shall perform all its obligations as a Promoter and as recorded in the Shop Buyers Agreement without any obligation and liability on SFL.
